We are looking for candidates with high level of analytical skills and competency. Able to perform both finance and accounting functions which involves preparation, recording, and summarizing of all branch financial transactions.

  • Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or in any business related course with units in Accounting (Economics, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking,  Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent).
  • Proven one (1) year accounting experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting procedures, bookkeeping, taxation, financial statements, bank reconciliation, and fund management.
  • Perform all necessary accounting works such as but not limited to banking, payroll preparation, and other accounts reconciliation.
  • Compile and input vouchers, invoices, checks, statements, reports, and other pertinent records.
  • Proficiency  in using MS Office Applications (Excel/ Word/ Powerpoint).

We are looking for passionate individuals who will be responsible for the implementation of LIGHT Microfinance programs in his/her area of assignment. He/She is responsible for organizing of clients and equipping of micro entrepreneurs. Responsible for evaluating of loans, processing of loan documents, monitoring of clients and recording of loan payment.

  • Graduate of and 4 or 2-year course or with at least 84 units earned.
  • Willing to do field work and has the compassion to serve the poor.
  • Work experience in credit and collection management is an advantage but not required.
  • People-oriented with good communication skills and customer service driven.
