A momentous occasion unfolded as the LIGHT Gensan Branch dedicated its new office at Unit 2, Lot 2, Block 2, Brgy. Lagao, General Santos City on January 12, 2024. The atmosphere was filled with God’s mighty presence as the event kicked off with a soul-stirring Praise and Worship experience led by Medard Jay C. Hugo, LIGHT Gensan Branch Account Officer.
The Prayer of Dedication and Thanksgiving was conducted by Ptr. Johnny C. De Vila, Partner-Mentor of LIGHT Microfinance, Inc. The ceremonial ribbon cutting, symbolizing the official inauguration, was gracefully executed by Jeffrey Gabia, Area Manager, and Alex Simon, Branch Manager.
As the celebration reached its conclusion, the LIGHT staff came together for a shared meal, culminating the event with a heartfelt closing prayer led by Richelle May Actub, Area Accountant.
The Board of Trustees and the Management Team also showed their limitless support by attending online. Noel B. Alipio, President, Concepcion P. Diana, Executive Director, and Perry P. Paz, NFS Group Director, shared their inspirational and heartwarming messages, encouraging everyone who attended the ceremony.
This dedication marked the physical establishment of an office and a spiritual and communal milestone for the LIGHT Gensan Branch.
