A Paralegal closely work with the Organization’s Legal Counsel; performs substantive and procedural legal work as authorized by law; Legal Research and Presentations; Drafting Legal Documents; Represent the organization to DOLE; handles administrative tasks such as filing papers, maintaining, and organizing reference files.

The Human Resources Assistant is the person who deals with the daily administrative responsibilities and is the liaison between the organization, employees and benefit vendors. This essential role helps ensure that employee needs are meant and that critical HR files are taken care of.

Administration Assistant

Administration Assistant will coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of supplies and forms in the Main Office and Branches. Performs inventory and assets tagging for the company’s furniture, office equipment, and fixtures of Main Office and Branches. 

Responsible for assets (equipment, furniture and supply) monitoring. Produce regular inventory reports and statistic on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Update, brief and report to manager daily regarding inventory concerns and recommend disposal of assets.

We are looking for candidates with high level of analytical skills and competency. Able to perform both finance and accounting functions which involves preparation, recording, and summarizing of all branch financial transactions.

Auditors promote the success the organization’s internal controls, accurate reporting, efficient operations and regulatory compliance. They will be responsible for examining the organization’s documents, processes, and reach conclusions and recommendations.

Account Officer

The Account Officer will be responsible for the implementation of the organization’s financial and non-financial programs and services in his/her area of assignment, through organizing Partner-Clients and equipping microentrepreneurs in the community. He/she will also be in-charge of evaluating loans, processing of loan documents, and monitoring and recording of Partner-Clients’ loan payments
