Today, January 23, 2026, LIGHT Microfinance, Inc. successfully held its General Assembly 2026 at Christ In You Faith International Church in Dolores, San Fernando, bringing together representatives from all LIGHT branches nationwide. The assembly served as a significant gathering to align the organization’s direction and reaffirm its shared mission.
During the program, Concepcion P. Diana, Executive Director, presented and discussed LIGHT’s organizational plans for 2026.
Inspirational messages were shared by Atty. Antonio P. Jamon Jr., Corporate Secretary, and Among Eddie T. Panlilio, Chairman, who emphasized unity, commitment, and shared responsibility in advancing the organization’s mission.
Greggy Canja, FAD Manager, also presented an overview of LIGHT MFI’s operational and financial performance, highlighting performance in previous years and outlooks for the years ahead.
A key highlight of the General Assembly was the process statement activity, where selected participants reflected on the question, “What is my stake in the organizational plans of LIGHT in 2026?” This activity encouraged deeper engagement and personal accountability among participants. The program concluded with a closing prayer led by Ptra. Edith Pineda, Corporate Treasurer, entrusting LIGHT’s plans and commitments to God’s guidance and sustaining grace.
