On November 12–14, 2025, LIGHT Microfinance, Inc. held its three-day Strategic Planning Session at The Orchid Gardens on Lazatin Boulevard, San Juan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
The event gathered the Board of Trustees, management team, and selected participants, including Area Managers, Area Accountants, Branch Accountants, Branch Managers, Unit Supervisors, Account Officers, and Main Office representatives. During the strategic planning sessions, participants reflected on the organization’s recent operational and financial performance and discussed stakeholder feedback and Partner-Client insights.
Key topics included assessing past achievements, identifying areas for improvement, reviewing strategic directions, and aligning objectives to ensure the organization continues to fulfill its mission.
The discussions also focused on setting priorities for the coming years, refining organizational objectives, and strengthening strategies across operations, governance, and service delivery. The collaborative environment encouraged open dialogue, shared perspectives, and actionable planning for sustained growth and impact.
By the end of the sessions, participants had reinforced their shared vision, clarified strategic goals, and renewed their commitment to serving communities with excellence, compassion, and stewardship.
