Process Flow of Refined Claims Management

ALL Branches of LIGHT (Lead with Integrity and Good Governance in Helping Communities for Holistic Transformation) Microfinance, Inc. including the Main Office participated on the online webinar on September 9, 2022, at the Main Office San Fernando, Pampanga. 

During the discussion, Joanna Marie Sason, HR Officer explained the importance of these refined claims management guidelines to comply with the directives from the Department of Labor that resigned and terminated employees’ final pay must be released within thirty (30) days from the date of separation from the company including the release of certificate of employment within three days from the requesting separated employee. Resigning employees, particularly at the branch level shall comply with certain requirements in accordance with the provided checklists including the turnover of supplies and other accountabilities. The Branch Accountant prepares all the detailed accounting requirements that shall be validated by the Branch Manager.

“Branch Officers shall monitor the progress of this process and keep safe all soft and hard copies making sure that the final payment is released to the separated employee within 30 days.”
